Fried Green Tomatoes with Goat Cheese over mixed greens with oregano infused olive oil

Wine: Rose of Nero d’Avola, Planeta

Ravioli of Red Radicchio with sauteed shallots, pine nuts, pecorino and butter

Wine: Neprica, Tormaresca

Roast Beef Italian Style Prepared medium rare with garlic, rosemary, lemon, fresh horseradish and extra virgin olive oil. Served with roasted vegetables.
